Different journeys, one path.

Let Leann show you the way to an acceptance of death and a fulfilling life.

Leann is a sought-after speaker on the topics of end-of-life support, the dangers of the institutionalization of death, and adopting healthier views toward death and dying.

Let Leann educate your group on death and dying

Leann Thrapp is on a mission to help people understand that dying well is a part of living well. The body knows how to die a natural death if we let it, but most of us don’t in today’s world. In a gentle, loving way, Leann shares her wisdom and life stories to inspire and empower others in order to help you understand how to empower yourself through your own life stories.

Leann has given lectures and led workshops on these topics and for the following organizations:

  • Hospice & Palliative Care Association of Iowa: Soul Injury

  • Opus Peace: Soul Injury, Liberating Unmourned Loss & Unforgiven Guilt/Shame, Forgiveness, PTSD, Beyond Veterans 101

  • Georgia Hospice & Palliative Care Organization Conference:  Creative Cocooning: Change & Transition

  • Arizona Geriatrics Society: Mental Health & Aging Conference:
    Soul Injury: Liberating Unmourned Loss

Soul injuries cut us off from the energy of our deepest selves — robbing us of the essence of our being. Connecting with the part of self that is generating the pain paradoxically restores wholeness. Thus, soul restoration includes learning how to re-own, re-home, and revitalize scattered pieces of self. Restoration occurs by cultivating personal intimacy with the part of self carrying our emotional pain.
